My services take place on a video call platform, SecureVideo. This is sometimes called Telehealth or Telemedicine.

When we talk to find out if my services are a good fit for your needs, I will describe this process. You will need:

• The Zoom app on your phone, tablet, or computer.
• A strong enough internet connection to support fluid video conferencing
• A private space
• An email or text number for me to send the link to.

During our first phone call, I will describe how to get into the first video call. Usually, this is no problem for my clients. If you already know how to use Zoom, then you’ll probably have no trouble connecting for sessions with me.

The SecureVideo platform is HIPAA compliant and I have the appropriate agreements in place with the company to protect your privacy (called a Business Associate Agreement). If you have questions about the security of SecureVideo, you can view their white paper at this link.
